What is the shelf life of your fragrances?
Our fragrances are crafted with high-quality ingredients and typically maintain their full profile for 3 to 5 years when stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, all Imaginary Authors scents are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery. We highly recommend purchasing our 'Short Story' sample sets before committing to a full-size bottle.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.
What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number for a prompt replacement.
